Yes. Our Showroom is a great place to visit and actually see all our products and hampers made up. We also have a friendly team who can make up hampers with products you choose individually from the shelves. We cannot display every hamper in our showroom so we do recommend that you order online and select the option to pick up from the showroom in the shopping cart. Our showroom is located at 245 Hinemoa St, Birkenhead. There is parking available outside. Come and say Hi !
Yes. When you order online you will be asked to give your email address. This is the email that your courier tracking link will be sent to once your order is dispatched from Batenburgs.
Call us on +649 522 2313 and we will organize this for you. This urgent courier service is not available online and is only available within Auckland 10.30am – 1.30pm. When you call please let us know
• Name of the hamper you would like to send (this will allow us to calculate the cubic meterage and weight of your parcel and advise you of the urgent courier service cost)
• Name and contact phone number of the recipient
• Street address for delivery
• Requested latest delivery time
• Your message for the gift card
• Your instruction for the courier if no-one is home to sign for the parcel
• Your email address (where your paid GST invoice will be sent)
Please have your credit card details ready and we will process payment over the phone.
You need to place a separate online order for each delivery address. This means that you will receive a courier tracking link for each delivery address.
Please email us your proposed order details & we will let you know if you qualify for a discount. Please also tell us if you are a regular monthly ordering customer and we can locate your previous orders. In your email please include tell us
• Gift hamper name or your budget for each hamper
• Quantity
• Date that you can confirm and pay for your order
• Requested delivery date
• Any further details about your order that we should know
We do not offer discounts from 1st November – 1st January.
The best way to create hampers to suit your budget is by looking through the hampers and product ranges on our website. You can select to view hampers By Price. Our website shows all of our products. You can also select the option to “Create your own Hamper” which means that you can personally choose each item that you know the recipient will like and that will suit your budget. You can also visit our showroom and choose individual products which a team member will make into a hamper for you while you wait.Â
Yes. You can do this by calling us +649 522 2313. Please tell us the name of your hamper and how you would like us to change it. We will then let you know the price difference and will process your order over the phone. Please tell us
• The name of the hamper
• How you would like us to change it
• The delivery address
• The recipients name and phone number
• Delivery date
• Your message for the gift card
• Your instruction for the courier if no-one is home to sign for the parcel
• Your email address (where your paid GST invoice will be sent)
