Below are the usual delivery time frames for orders. 
Please note that while we will do everything possible to ensure a gift arrives on time, we cannot guarantee arrival on a particular date. 

North Island: 1-2 working days 
South Island: 2-3 working days 
If you require Express delivery to anywhere in New Zealand please contact us. 
Rural Delivery: Please allow an additional 1-2 working days

Deliveries are not normally made over the weekend, so orders received during this time will be picked up for delivery the next working day. If your order is urgent or you require a Saturday delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to help. 

We have taken great care in our gift box presentation which is an elegant white glossy cardboard box, topped off with a gold satin ribbon.

We do NOT use cellophane or unnecessary plastics here. We believe in offering high-quality packaging that you can be proud to give.

We want to create a memorable experience for the person opening our gift boxes so that you can rest assured that if you give one of our gift boxes, then you're giving a genuine, memorable gift. That's our promise.

If you want to upgrade your packaging to our Re-Usable NZ Wooden Pine boxes, then you can do that when you add the gift box to the cart, as well change the colour of the ribbon.
