The distillery is on the site of the original Tuatara Brewery in the lush Reikorangi Valley, Kapiti Coast. It is distilled in an 8-plate fractionating column still. The secret to the flavour profile comes from the distinctive yeast they use in fermentation, charcoal filtered pure rainwater and the delicate balance of botanicals in distillation. And of course, imagination. Juniper and coriander are complemented by the leafy earthiness of manuka to create the heart of this gin. Whole NZ oranges and lemons add a refreshing citrus aroma and cinnamon and licorice leaves a sweet lingering spice finish. Enjoy straight up for the purest experience. Garnish with orange wedges and for extra sweetness add a cinnamon stick.

Deliveries are not normally made over the weekend, so orders received during this time will be picked up for delivery the next working day. If your order is urgent or you require a Saturday delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to help. 

We have taken great care in our gift box presentation which is an elegant white glossy cardboard box, topped off with a gold satin ribbon.

We do NOT use cellophane or unnecessary plastics here. We believe in offering high-quality packaging that you can be proud to give.
