How eating kiwifruit can boost your mood!

According to NZ Doctor a study at the University of Otago demonstrated that eating two kiwifruit a day for two weeks can improve feelings of liveliness for those who are low in Vit C. The study demonstrated some advantages of obtaining Vitamin C through fresh fruit rather than supplementary tablets. These included feeling more lively and more of a boost in participants mood.
